Hi
Which Personal Pension provider is the best in terms of lowest costs and hightest returns? e.g. aviva, pru etc?
Also when ppl suggest to invest in funds in S+S ISA's, how do you all decide which ones to invest in??
thanks

There is no "best" provider as everybody's needs are different. The costs and returns are nothing to do with the provider who just provides the wrapper and all to do with the investments (i.e. funds) chosen to go inside that wrapper. Also when ppl suggest to invest in funds in S+S ISA's, how do you all decide which ones to invest in??

By doing lots of research if going DIY or by using an IFA.0 -

Research, research and research. Check out HL.co.uk, Trustnet and Morning Star, decide what sort of risk you are prepared to accept, decide on your sector allocations (UK,Europe, Specialist, Emerging Markets, BRIC, commodities, North American) Then take the plunge. If you go it alone, check out the various fund supermarkets for discounted fees. I personally use Hargreaves Lansdown for my SIPP and S&S ISAs.
If it is all too much, go and find an IFA. https://www.unbiased.co.uk0
