Is it possible to exchange items instore if they were bought online?

knowing disney it will be easier to find a couple in the hospital who are willing to swap babies.

How much were they and what size? I couldnt get the piglet slippers as thats what i was after so i could send you the money and you could post them to me!?!

I just have the confirmation order that says "your receipt" and on it it says it takes 2-5 working days for delivery.

I have checked my inbox for message history from disney store, I might be wrong but I don't think I've ever had a despatch email the goods just usually turn up 2-3 days after.

weird i've kept stuff in my basket & all the codes were working but now it's not taking off the delivery
it says Not eligible for this order Prima Baby Free Delivery Offer
but i have had items from the baby section in my basket!

it seems like you cannot get the 10% and the baby offer.

I managed to use four codes, two 10% off, the £5 off and the baby offer... no problems.
