suggest we all give it a rest and try later tonight.

thanks for this, I usually don't bother buying from the Disney Store online even though I had been sent a five pound off code but I managed to get a princess bib and a limited edition beauty and the beast jigsaw delivered for less than the full price of the jigsaw, bargain !!! I am half tempted to see if I can take the bib back and exchange it instore for something else, very naughty I know

I called earlier today to ask why wouldn't work and they got back to me saying try key in manually rather than copy and paste. Also said code shouldn't be single use only so should be ok to use the code several times!

The £5 code posted on here earlier though still not working for me. Is this the same code that everyone else seems to be using ok? They said if i am still struggling then to call them back tomorrow and they will take order over the phone. Reluctant to do this though as also want to use the delivery and 10% codes!!

I wondered too if items can be returned/exchanged instore, as online it only mentions returning it to them in the post.

If you do have trouble and decide to place the order over the phone and they quibble about using more than one promotional code then do make sure you quote the website as it does state: "You may apply more than one promotional code". So I dont think you should have a problem. HTH

I thought I may try the 'duplicated gift' thing and exchange it for something else although I tend to stress when doing something like that.
