I bought a pair of knee length boots from Evans a couple of weeks ago and took out a card which took 10% off so they came to £72. Yes I know not very MSE but this was the first pair of boots I have ever had that fitted my little fat legs (the rest of me is still a size 12:D ). Plus they gave me some money off vouchers to use when my card arrives.
During the week I went past another Evans and noticed a sale seemed to be starting so I went and had a look. There were my boots with £20 off so I bought them again this time for £60. So today the first pair of boots (still unworn and in their box because the cold wether has not arrived yet) went back to the shop for a refund (they give you 28 days for returns)
So I saved £12 on my boots. I dont think the price will come down again but I am still not getting them out of the box just yet!
