Wall mountable cd player V Ipod

Need some music! Now do i get wall mounted cd player (space saving) or splash out on IPod and docking station? Any advice gratefully appreciated.

I couldn't find much that explicitly said wall mountable. Why not use a shelf instead? If you get one the same colour as the hifi unit it shouldn't look intrusive.
This Sony mini system gets great reviews, has 50 watts per channel output and at £80 including delivery from Amazon is miles cheaper than I could see anywhere else. The only drawback that I could glean from the reviews is that at 18'' the speaker cables are too short. You could always extend them though.
