    Who has told you that?

Have you received a judgement from the court yet? If so, what did it order?

Well. It's not up to them to decide what you pay. Or what/when it gets enforced.

That is all up to the court.

So don't worry about what Fairfax say they want to do. If you play things right, they may well never get the chance.

Wait and see what the court judgement orders. Then we can go from there.

As I said in your previous thread; should the court order you to pay something that you can't afford, then what we do is immediately put in a request for a "redetermination". That will move the case to your local court, where a local judge will review your I&E and decide again what you should pay.

    Hi

I just wanted to let you know the Northampton County Court have said that I have to pay £1 per month which I can afford to do. Thanks Fermi for your help. Obviously they dont know im planning to go br, so my next question is, as i will be paying this ccj at £1 per month, does that mean i will get a bro when i go br for favouring one creditor over another. I hope you can put my mind at rest please.

    Thanks Fermi,

I saw the envelope this morning with the court stamp all over it and thought "great, this is bound to be bad news" but it wasnt, im very shocked as fairfax solicitors told me it wouldnt be accepted. Do you think the court accepted it because the cab did my inc and exp form for me? Maybe they thought that the cab were right in saying i couldnt afford it. Who knows. But for once it wasnt a horrid letter. Thanks for advising me about the bro thing i was worried about as im terrified of doing anything wrong.

    Many thanks again
