Amazon 'call me' - who pays?

I needed to speak to someone at Amazon yesterday about what seems to be a lost delivery, and thought I would use their 'call me' facility. It was very efficient and someone called me back just seconds after I clicked the button on their website - but the main number they have for my account is my mobile so that was the number they called me back on, and the operator asked me to hold on while she investigated. The call lasted 15 minutes and I'm curious about who pays for that call - is it Amazon or me?
Does anyone know.
