The liability to pay child maintenance via the CSA definitely ends on the qualifying child's 19th birthday.
My Son's liability ended on his 19th birthday.
The only way the NRP will have to continue paying is if there are any arrears on the account & these will continue to be paid regardless of the child's age until they're paid off in full.Donedoingdebt Lightbulb moment January 2000. Debt at highest approx £102,000. Debt now (October 2009 - absolutely fork all!!!)
CSA case closed on 02/09/10 :beer:0
