read this, glitch that didnt glitch on delivery - read end comments - seems policy is to honour 3 of the item.

thanks claire21. so i assume even if ive been charged full price to accept them then call up CS in hope that they honour them.

I still want to ask though, lets say the driver comes and he doesnt bring them at all but instead says that they are not in stock can i refuse delivery then and get delivery refunded?

Its just that i have literally placed an order purely for the Vtech Pockets and if they arent in it then i dont really want anything else as I would rather drive to my local than pay £6.

I don't know, i dont shop online that much all i know is my 1p truffles arrived the first time, the 2nd time they were full price and i just make the driver wait and when i called my local store they could see them as 1p online so got a refund.

I would either have done a full shop ie all heavy items etc delivered to save me lugging it all (tesco is 10 miles for me each way) or I would have just ordered the glitch and then if it goes pear shaped (even though the link I gave said they got 3 honoured) I would have more chance of getting my del money back.

I am no expert with tesco though

Thanks that is very kind of you

As i suspect that with a delievery slot of 5pm-7pm that i have no chance of recieving one even if it is a 1p deal
