Where does it show on the site you get 300 points - can't see anywhere, even on the items mentioned????

The 300 points will get added later. Just check they appear on the order summary once you have input the code.

Eg Robbie Williams Greatest Hits does not appear to qualify even though it is a pre-order.

It is selected pre orders as stated in the OP.

hey still says only 18 points at end- mentions the 300 point code has worked but hasnt added them?
