I got the email too, which said my first 'treat' was below - their recommendations for my hair!! I clicked on the link they gave for more details of the range they recommended, just in case they were only going to send me my free sample set if I was interested enough to open the email and click!!!

I got the mail too and it said my treats were below? Then there was three lots of recommended products. Maybe they send these out in the post however there was no mention of this.

I was successful in the previous gift set offer and even received an email from them to confirm that stated I would receive my gift set within 28 working days but.........................so far I haven't received anything

Just checked and I received the email from them on 20th September - so I suppose there is time yet :think:

I "won" last time too and this thread has reminded me that I still haven't received anything from them. Its exactly 29 days now since I got the email...

Just received mine from last time, postie hammered on the door & ran away & left it on the doorstep. Its a full size shampoo & conditioner in a padded bag. It was wrapped in a plastic bag from the Post Office apologizing that it was damaged & asking if anything was missing.

Mine came like this today, too! Pleased with it though, wouldn't know if anything was missing
