Cashback websites for work purchases

Does anyone know where I'd stand on using cashback sites against work purchases without telling them? I book a lot of travel and hotels and it seems like waste of cashback if I don't claim it!
Thanks

Do you book it yourself and then claim it back, or are you supposed to book it through an official booking team? If all you do is turn up with a receipt to claim it back as expenses then how are they going to know?0

answer to the original question is I suspect its a grey area but cannot see its a problem, Quidco say it should be persoanl use but Topcashback have no such termsEx forum ambassador

I think you should discuss this with your employer and get a response in writing. You'll never know for sure if your company will later decide that you're on the fiddle and a piece of paper from your boss saying you've got permission will be a get out of jail free card.0
