Birmingham was where I was thinking of too Luc. We have a few midlanders, but the rest are a fairly even split between the southern shires and the northern shires (including, of course, Scotlandshire), so a midlands meet would be a good way to make sure as many people as possible can come.

Ta red, I'm nervous but I reckon I can do it all running.

I'm a probable due to money, deadlines and how I'm feeling.

You could travel down in the car with me Spud, to save a bit of money. I'd be glad of the company. :)

Don't think anyone I know is coming, but I have some of nalle's music on my MP3 player to keep me going.

I was nervous the first time I did a run on my own but when I got to the start line, I realised that because no-one was watching, or cheering me on, it really was a very personal challenge, and it was just me against me.

I had nothing to prove to anyone and no-one to rely on, and I would succeed or fail on my own merits.

Sounds a bit emo and dramatic but once I had that in my mind, I felt so determined not to let myself down, and it worked.
