Case transferred to RTLU

My wife and I had our case transferred to the RTLU about 3 / 4 weeks ago. From reading the forums, i take this as good news. One thing outstanding however, is our house. We have had an offer from the RTLU about purchasing the BI, but we are going to offer them slightly less.
My question is: Will the outstanding issue of the BI in the property prevent us from receiving an early discharge?
TIA

hmmm, i apologise if my post sounded like i thought it was guaranteed.
I'll rephrase the question: Would the RTLU not consider someone for early discharge if affairs relating to beneficial interest in their property had not been dealt with?0 -
makes no difference really....just a case of wait & see (its happened in the past with people..then some have had to go the full 12mnths..no real consistency to be honest)
Just keep checking the insolvency website & see if your status changes..We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0
