No it's £110,000 now. I put the price up. You can do that when you are a homeowner.:)We love Sarah O Grady0 -
After yesterdays 3.6% drop news the bears were going crazy. It's hardly in the newspapers today. In fact it's not that important. YOY houses are still on the up.
I think this very level headed article sums it up nicely.

Yes I loved the selection of readers comments appended to the article. As in :-
YOU HAVE TO LAUGH.
PRICES ARE CLEARLY FALLING
UTTER GARBAGE
STAGGERING VI SPIN
Seems even the Express readers weren't fooled.

But we know they were not Express readers. Morons off HPC website who haven't got the means to pay their rent let alone save for a mortgage.
Too busy on here trying to convince everyone they could buy a 4 bedroom house on Asda trolly pushers money. We love Sarah O Grady0 -

That's true, no one capable of conscious thought actually reads the Express. The only hits their website gets is HPCers ranting about their ramping articles and Sibley!Debt Is Slavery.0 -

Sibley, stop trolling. I recall that even you admit to prediciting a fall in house prices (although your prediction was more modest than most other people). It is widely recognised now that most indicies are turning or have turned negative.
This is typical Express - a ridiculous articles quoting one tiny estate agent in one corner of the UK but it suits the Express as its in the right direction.
You are being deliberately obtuse in posting !!!! like this, in order to provoke and antagonise.0 -
