That's true, no one capable of conscious thought actually reads the Express. The only hits their website gets is HPCers ranting about their ramping articles and Sibley!

Sibley, stop trolling. I recall that even you admit to prediciting a fall in house prices (although your prediction was more modest than most other people). It is widely recognised now that most indicies are turning or have turned negative.

This is typical Express - a ridiculous articles quoting one tiny estate agent in one corner of the UK but it suits the Express as its in the right direction.
