Mine come today too, my phone says on the box it is unlocked.

received my phone today many thanks to op,

on the paper work it says sim free , but when trying a different network sim it says 'insert correct simcard', oh well nothing to lose i was expecting it locked anyway

but can anyone expalin a simple way to get the back off :mad:

I had the same problem and just had to pull it apart at the bottom. It seemed very iffy as though it might break but couldn't find any other way:(

Snap ! I just spent ages trying to prise the back off and worrying that it might break....I just sort of went for it in the end and luckily it came off in one piece !

Wonder if this is why they`re so cheap !
