Terms & Conditions
1. This offer applies to purchases made in store, over the phone or authorised orders on argos.co.uk. This offer
does not apply to orders placed at argosphoto.co.uk.
2. Spend £50 - £99.99 (excluding delivery) in a single transaction and receive a free £5.00 Argos gift voucher.
3. Spend £100 - £199.99 (excluding delivery) in a single transaction and receive a free £10.00 Argos gift voucher.
4. Spend £200 or more (excluding delivery) in a single transaction and receive a free £20.00 Argos gift voucher.
5. In all cases, vouchers will be dispatched separately from the products you have ordered.
6. If you order online, you will receive confirmation that you have qualified to receive a voucher with your
order acknowledgement. You will also receive confirmation of qualification when we acknowledge your order
via email.
7. All vouchers will be sent no later than 28th February 2005, and will be dispatched separately from your
order.
8. The free gift voucher can only be redeemed in an Argos store. They cannot be redeemed online or over the
telephone.
9. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or be returned under the 16-day money back guarantee.
10. This offer does not apply if any part of the transaction is paid for using High Street, Provident, Choice
vouchers or Bonus Bonds.
11. If you return all or some of the items purchased under the Argos 16-day money back guarantee, thereby
reducing the value of the original transaction to a) less than £50 (in respect of transactions between £50 -
£99.99), b) less than £100.00 (in respect of transactions over £100) or c) less than £200 (in respect of
transactions over £200), the voucher must be returned. If the voucher is not returned, the voucher amount will
be deducted from the money refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
12. We reserve the right to withdraw, alter or decline this offer without prior notice.
