Early Discharge Update..

Hello All,
About 6 weeks ago I posted on the forum that my OR was applying for my early discharge. I filled in an Income Tax return and crossed my fingers.I returned from Honeymoon recently to a letter from the OR. The Early Discharge was granted on 13th September 2010. I went bankrupt on March 17th 2010, with nearly £40k of debt. Through being completely honest to the court and my OR, I have been discharged only 6 months later. I am over the moon...
I know I'm still bound by the OR rules, and will stick to them.
Does anyone know EXACTLY what is expected of me now, please?
I know I'm not gonna be in for any cash windfalls, or be getting a higher paid job, but if it does happen I should let them know.
How long am I bound by this?
Thanks again to you all, and I shall continue to visit these forums to give my advice through experience where I can..:T

hi there
congratulations on your ED!
are you paying an IPA? if so, you need to keep the OR up to date with changes in income/expenditure until your 36 monthly payments are up. if you're not paying an IPA, that's it!
leave it a couple of months then start the credit file clean up, sticky at the top0 -
Well done on your early ED:pB&SC No. 298

well done and happiness for your future, just like to point out though to any new posters that just because you dont get an ED it doesnt mean you havent been completely honest with your OR, I think a lot depends on how busy the Or is.
