Yesterday i opened a letter i couldnt believe my eyes, a CHAT Headed letter saying i have won a cheque for £250, i had to sign a letter and send it back to them, it says i will get the cheque within 8 weeks. is this the norm procedure?
Big Big thanks to tttjay its made my week this, ive had a really good month for comps, i also won £50 from santander which many thanks goto the person who posted that aswell. :T

yep, chat usually sends a letter & you have to confirm details,
then wait for the cheque/prize

Yes I got a letter from Chat too today, was a bit wary at first as it was on headed notepaper from Chat but the envelope didn't have any postage on it so I had to collect from RM. Letter enclosed a form. Have to fill in personal details, sign and date and return and will get cheque within 8 weeks too.
No return envelope but address on letter.0 -
