Hi, I have a 50% shared ownership property I took on approx 3 years ago, I now want a bigger property but am not sure how to go about it. I do not have a deposit and the property I have now does not have any equity, does anyone know of any companies who specialise in this or am i stuck.
Thanks

You could go back to the original social/ shared ownership/affordable housing provider and ask if they have deals suitable for your current circumstances ie need of bigger property. Would they buy back your house?
All new housing estates over the past few years have had conditions attached to their planning permission to provide affrodable housing. Approach eg Barratt/ Taylor Wimpey etc in your area and ask what they have in affordable housing provision.0 -
Pretty unlikely to find a deal that doesn't involve a deposit. Even if by some miracle you did find one, you would need thousands in legal fees, HA charges etc.
If you don't have that, sit tight and save hard.Act in haste, repent at leisure.
