Bankruptcy. The best thing I ever did

Just wanted to air my recent experience to give hope and support for those in Debt difficulty. Having been troubled with Debts £20.000 + I eventually sort advice and started Bankruptcy proceedings via a money advice agency which cost me £350.00. In return they supplied and filled most of the paperwork. Once completed and I had raised the court fee. May 2010 I handed the paperwork and payment to the court walk in service of which they checked and then asked me in to swear they are good and true, no Judge, no court just a very informal event. They asked me to return that afternoon to collect the paperwork. A few weeks later the Insolvency officer interviewed me over the phone and advised what would happen next. I completed a statement of earnings and returned them to the officer as with other paperwork. Over two weeks ago I have been told that they now applying for a discharge.
I went to my Bank as my accounts had to be closed. The Bank advisor whom I had an interview with was so helpful. Straight away they opened a Basic account with Debit Visa Card. The advisor had been made Bankrupt himself in business and fully understands the situation.
Once I am discharged the Bankruptcy will remain on my credit record for 6 years enough time to rebuild my rating.
Apart from raising the cash of which initially was paying the Debt interest covered the agency and Courts fees the hardest thing was actually believing how easy it all was and no stigma. I have a bank account, still self employed and still have the car and a roof over my head and my sanity.
The astonishing thing is that for the past two days Fredricksoninternational have been harassing me with phone calls so I can't wait to take them to court for breaching the Law.

Rememember. Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.
Never pass up an opportunity to go to the bathroom.
If you woke up breathing, congratulations! You get another chance. And finally, be really nice to your family and friends; you never know
when, You might need them to empty your bedpan.
