Bankruptcy After 12 months- what happens?

I've been looking at all sorts of threads but cannot find anything about what actually happens after the 12 months of bankruptcy? (after your discharged?) Also I lost my job and took the first job which was offered to me as needed the money and really not enjoying it, with my experiance I could be earning quite a bit more than I am now but thinking is it really worth it as they will only take more money off me and would that mean I'll be paying for even longer which I dont want to be doing. Just feel so useless and feel bad for the other half paying for things all the time.

Hi ya,

Are you on an IPA already ?? If not, they will not issue one after discharge.

If you are, they will only modify it for the remainder of the term.

Its hard to be too helpful without all the info.

But remember they only take a % of your surplus income. So you would probabley still be better off.
