As in the red/stripey knitted sock type of thing? To be filled and left on the end of the bed? I have the fillers but no stockings :S Does anyone know where I could buy a few of these (that arent £10 like Debenhams are asking for theres
) Please ???
Ps - I cant knit or do anything crafty which would make my own cause I bought all the card making stuff and its gathering dust

Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together

I saw some in poundland yesterday - not quite what I wanted so I am going to have a look in Wilkinsons because I'm sure I saw some in there last year.0

Mummyyummy - What where the poundland ones like?
I think I want the long knitted type (although if they are consistantly £10 then the shorter felt type would be good :P)Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,

Is anyone clever enough to make something like this.....or give me some ideas how I could do something myself (I have seen some transfer paper in the £1 shop where you can print something on it from your computer and iron it onto clothing)

I really like these and they look like they would last a few years, but I have 3 Children and spending nearly £40 on 3 Santa Sacks is a bit steep!

how strange
i am just about to go right now and make one
well its the 1st of 4
anyways
i got my mother a beautiful jacket (in a sale of course:rotfl:)
for christmas, its quite bulky so i am making her a sack to put it in instead of wrapping it
i am also making 3 for our 3's christmas eve "hampers" as amoung all the usual, i am mid making them each funky patchwork quilts, so need something bigger to hold them than a box
if its a success i shall post a piccie!
but i am quite slow in working, it may not be finished today
but i will come back0 -
i had to change my (design) mind about the sack as i needed to make quite a big one, and i can only print off A4 transfers
i made this instead
the panels are the 12 days of christmas
i am waiting on ribbon to thread through the top coming, i just tied it up to show what it looks like
very MSE as we had gotten a comforter, and this was the sheets that came with it, we wouldnt use them and they were still new in the pack,0 -

Very good :T
I'm no good at sewing, so wouldn't be able to do anything like that though!
However I have just found these on ebay...
