PAYE for new businesses

We started our limited company in January 2010. In the budget, there was something said about new businesses not having to pay the employers liability part of PAYE for our new employees (who started August 2010). Would this apply to us? Does anyone know?
Saving up £25000/£3500 by Jan 1st 2012 by selling my clutter. Remember I'm doing it for Dad.

I think this (NIC holiday for new businesses) is what you're referring to? Bear in mind it's just the 'targetted' areas (but quite nice if you're in one!) :-

PS The bad news (just read the Q and A's) is that it only appears to apply to businesses set up from the emergency budget date - 22nd June?If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
