Not sure what your point is

Asda - all meat is mediocre except chicken possibly lamb forget beef (!!!!!)
Tesco - try the long matured, rest is crap
Sainsbury - ditto but the Irish beef can cook well on slow
Morrisons - ALL meat is good and tasty, beef is matured longer and cut well

I tend to agree, but as always it can very - I've had very good from all of the supermarkets except Asda - even Waistrose has given me a duff sometimes, but generally they're better than most of the others.
