Made Bankrupt in Feb 2010

Hi all,
I was made BR Feb 2010, and I am due to be released Feb 2011, I have an question, my daughter stopped receiving Child Benefit, but I did not let the council know, it has snowball into us now getting part of our Housing benefit and also we now have to pay council tax, the only problem we have arrears of £131, the council tax is in my name and my wife's, Can they still make us pay it back, even though I am BR, My wife is not BR?
Also the HB which is solely in my name I have now a £50 debt, same question do i have to pay it back?

as this is a debt AFTER you went bankrupt then your liable for it....if the debt happened before you declared bankruptcy then fine..We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0
