Hi - great find, just ordered 6 of the quartet sets for £24! Once Boots discover this, can they get in touch with us and ask us for the full payment for the items? Or as it is their mistake, do they have to honour the prices?

I've just had a search through the forums and this recent thread about a boots glitch came up:

looks like most people who ordered GOT their items, only one poster came back to say her order was cancelled. There were 4 days between ordering and posters collecting from store.

aarrgghhh....got through registering an account, through delivery and billing options and onto payment and then it declared them as out of stock.

What happens with Boots is that they send the confirmation, they then check the order before you get the second email which is full confirmation. Be wary though as with my tag books they sent all the confirmation and then when the items were despatched it stated that the tag books were cancelled due to insufficient stock. (tempted to complain as had all confirmations)

Yes they dont take payment until items are dispatched.
