Cheap flyers that arnet "cheap"

Anyone know where is the best place to get cheap but not tacky flyers printed? I only want about 250 but there is so much choice and such a difference in price! Also, what is the best gsm? Does it really make that much difference? i dont wan them to be shiny like night club flyers, probably matt.
