16 years ago my financial situation was dire and about to get worse as the CSA came into my life. I stuck with things and continued to rebuild my life, honour my CSA payments, clear debts and now I'm done. As a father, i'm not that good, so focused on ensuring the financial part didn't suffer. It would be easy to dissapear or play hard ball - but I didn't, I just accepted it, got my head down and worked.
Financially it has never been easy and it still isn't as I now have to plan for my retirement, but for all those starting off with the CSA or those in difficulty, stick with it as there is an end.
I was with CSA1 all my time and over the period of time shelled out over £120k and remember that's after I've paid tax.
Chin up all you NRPs :T :T
