br form TNIDIS - help please

one of the forms i have to return to my OR is a TNIDIS (to hmrc and dwp). on it, i have to state my tax reference number and my employer??
i haven't been employed for 5 years so my 'income' is incapacity benefit. what do i put on the form?
i no lomger have any details from when i was employed so tax reference???

Sorry i can't help, other than just telling them, exactly that. I'm sure someone will be along, that might be able to help. I still have'nt ascertained why my NI contributions have been frozen, but to be honest, i've given up caring.

think i'll just put 'dwp' as my 'employer' and leave the tax ref blank. as its a letter to hmrc saying they have my permission to disclose all this kind of info, i'm sure it'll be found.
in fact, i think i'll actually get showered and dressed and go post the wretched things then they're out of my way:D0 -
Just sign & return with a note saying you don't have those details as you are on IB.
