    my woolies made me wait 20 mins (on crutches) while they faffed around to check the voucher was genuine?! and then found the wrong book.then they said the offer was over in that store.!!!!!

    anyone got an email address for complaints please??!!

    How cheeky is that, to say the offer is over in that store. Did they just ignore the 29/10/06 offer end date then??

    Send [EMAIL="customer.relations@woolworths.co.uk"]customer.relations@woolworths.co.uk[/EMAIL] a sarcastic email to complain and lay on thick about crutches and 20 minute wait, you might get something for your trouble ;)

    Pretty rubbish service though, think you've got a point in having a moan. Especially when they checked the voucher was genuine, but then decided to ignore the expiry date printed on it!

    Printed this coupon out last friday - checked the local woolies none left :(

    I got mine today - the voucher didn't scan, but she typed in a number and it all worked fine!
