Mortgage lenders who accept other types of income?

Just want to be ready in case Abbey turn us down. I need to know which lenders will consider things like child tax credit, child benefit, DLA/Incapacity Benefit and have reasonably generous multiples.
Does anybody know?

All lenders are different.
Some will accept benefits and some won't.
Some will accept as secondary income but only up to certain percentage.
Best thing to do is see a 'Whole of Market' broker. This should avoid any unneccessary applications and stop problems like you are having now.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I did see a whole of market broker! They recommended Abbey to me because they have more generous multiples and accept many of the benefits. I just wanted some idea of the main High Street lenders who might fit the bill.0

Abbey may yet agree to it.
If not your broker may have a plan B!I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
