Hi guys, I was just wondering the quality of Argos bedroom furniture, its excellent to look at the pictures, but in terms of build quality I'm uncertain, have any of you guys bought furniture from Argos?
I am looking at buying the following, I know there's buyer reviews, but I have a feeling that Argos may be controlling the comments.

bought a kids bunk bed - metal frame - it was appalling, joints falling apart, unstable etc - regretted purchase.0

The reviews don't look too good, one item has a 3/5 and the other has 1/5. If Argos are censoring the comments they don't seem to be doing a good job of it!
Honestly I don't think any reputable company would censor reviews, good and bad reviews help increase profit. Publishing bad reviews helps build up customers trust in the review system meaning good reviews are taken seriously. It also helps customers make a choice about whether they want an item instead of buying it and then returning it which costs money.0 -
I have just looked at tesco furniture, it looks so much better.
I am sure that there are many more ppl that would have commented on argos products, i think they are only approve some negative comments to make sue believe they are not really controlling at all. I think otherwise.0 -
Yeah because when lots of people see their negative review didn't get published they're not going to tell everyone about it0
