    vistaprint are a nightmare watch for the continuous emails that come afterwards too. They took forever for our photos toarrive last year

    thats the reason then. many thanks for pointing that out. I was trying to be greedy and get a pic of my daughter on a mug for 3 quid. (worth a go though, eh?)

    Yup they are quite cheeky with theyre extra charges. It does cost £2.97 to upload your own image but as i said they have a lot of theyre own designs to which you can add your own text. I think using the MandM link is possibly the best way to do it....
