I had the same problem with the codes. No money was deducted and it took six e mails to get it sorted! :mad:

Unlike LX Direct, you will never know if the code works. Even if you use a non-existent code the order will still go through & they will charge you full price.

They have charged me full price many times. In fact they always do. However, I normally send an email explaining and they ALWAYS refund the money without any fuss.

I think they do not refund to those who abuse the codes. So if you use the code once only you should be alright.. hope this helps.

I used D776 last week for the free delivery and £5 off.
As expected, as always, they charged me full price.

However as soon as I noticed this I emailed them and they have informed me today that they will refund £8.50 (delivery is normally £3.50) to my debit card.

This is ALWAYS the case, the codes have never worked for me.

What a waste of customer service's time, answering loads of emails everyday about people not getting their discounts, and them having to manually refund the money all the time.
