Easyjet Customer support is pathetic

I sent Easyjet CS a email 17 days ago and had a reply
8 days later with an apology for the long time it took to get back to me.
saying it was far longer than they usually take to reply.

Since the reply did not even address my question and told me something
that I did not ask I sent them another email and got the usual email confirming they had received it but I have still not had a reply to the actual question.:mad:

Why do the actually bother setting up Customer support when it is such a complete shambles.

    I've had e mails from a variety of their customer service people, some are good, some are poor, if you didn't get an answer perhaps start a new enquiry and keep your fingers crossed for a reasonable response.

    I did send a new enquiry 8 days ago and have still not received a reply
    apart from the automatically generated one saying they have got the question and will respond shortly and like i`ve said that was 8 days ago.
  • I experienced excellent customer service with Easyjet in claiming back my taxes back for a flight I was unable to make. Easyjet responded to my emails within minutes. Fantastic customer service!

    I find that hard to believe having waited 8 days 1st time and now another 8 days and still no reply.

    I have deleted the email with apology on the 1st reply but will post the email when/ if the 2nd reply and probable apology turns up.

    They probably have a limit of 28 days to look into your complaint. Maybe that particular department is really busy at the moment, or investigating your issue is taking longer than expected?

    Wait until the 28 days are up before chasing them again :-)

    Its not a complaint just a general enquiry about online check in .

    The whole easyjet system for this has changed recently and
    they have not covered it on the website.

    Finally got a reply to my email today 24 days after I sent them the question and 13 days after the flight.

    They really are pathetic and a waste of space.

    I can confirm that these passengers were checked in for these flights on the 9th October and the 12th October 2010
