LILA in Scotland

I'm trying to fill out the forms for LILA (Low Income Low Asset bankruptcy), the problem I'm having is that it's been over 3 years since I made any payments and despite getting regular letters from various debt companies (the most frequent one is a company called Lowell Financial) I have no idea which debt company holds which debt. There's been penalties and interest or whatever added on to each one so the figures on each letter don't tie in to any individual debt that I have a record of. I've even got a loan that I haven't heard anything about in 2 years, everything's just a mess and if I do speak to any of the ones that phone all they're interested in is taking a payment or wanting me to fill out forms about my income. I have no income currently, that's why I'm wanting to get this sorted out so I can get back to work.
Does anyone have any experience with LILA that could give me a next move? Will they accept the forms if I just put the name of the original creditor and an approximate amount? Tbh I'm not even sure I can remember the details of every loan/credit card I had, it all jsut got into a mess then I started ignoring them (stupid I know).
Thanks in advance for any help, feeling really overwhelmed with this and just want it sorted asap.

Hiya I took the LILA route to bankruptcy in Scotland in August
I too had problems with that part of the form The CAB advised me to just put an approximate amount.
When you get made Br it gets advertised in the Insolvency Register and the Edinburgh Gazzette (mostly these are read by your typical creditors)
If anyone else contacts you who you forgot to put on the original form just give them your Br ref which you will get from the AiB also advise the AiB another creditor has come up
Hope this helps

Thanks, wasn't sure if they'd reject it and keep the £100. So just put the original creditors name?
Also are you allowed to have a bank account after LILA? Don't have one just now but I'd read somewhere that you can get a basic one with some banks, anywhere I've tried to get one lately I've been rejected outright, any recommendations?0 -

Yes the original creditor and an approx figure
I opened a basic bank account with Barclays Bank prior to Br They wrote to me after the Br and said I could keep it open but they withdrew my internet and telephone banking privileges
I believe the Coop Cashminder is also a possibility and they do allow post-br internet banking
