Those of you who have mentioned that items are out of stock should have asked CS for the voucher mentioned in the post on the previous page, by frisbee.
It's called a 'raincheck voucher' by some CS staff and you can ask for it to claim good offers later, when the items are in stock.
I have only used it when there has been no stock for something I wanted that was on BOGOF. The trick is then to use your voucher while the item is STILL on the BOGOF offer (CS may tell you to wait and use it when the offer is not on). If you use it quick like I do you get both items free at the till, you just hand it to the cashier (with all your coupons!) before paying.
I think a raincheck voucher can be written out like an IOU for a cheap offer price (like the Cranium) as well as for BOGOFs like the Buckaroo. Worth asking at CS, and if the first person you speak to looks blank ask them to check with someone else (not all CS staff seem very clued up on it).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
