Tesco - kid's games for buttons!

Grrrr. My hubby's in Horwich tonight and I wanted him to try there for some of these bargain games (so I can return mine to Leyland), and he's not taken his blooming phone!!

PICKED UP IN HORWICH TODAY - They only had operation though (even asked god awful manager that hates me if they had any more in the back - mind you he prob lied!!) - £9.97 taken off. ds has got a b/day party this wkend so 1 will do nicely for that and the other for xmas.

Don't bother with Chorley as they've taken down the 'Buy One Get Cheapest Free' offer sels for all the games :mad:

But Horwich did still have lots of Operation games left, aswell as Buckaroo.

All the Operation games have gone from Irlam - I got the last two

Walkden didn't have any Operation games left either

Well - thats the North West covered!!!!

Nipped into Southport store this evening, 1st chance I have had, since reading this thread 1st thing this morn, and I am gutted, as they had only 1 twister left, with a hole in the box!! Would have had it if there were 2 of them, 1 wasnt much good on its own. No Buckaroo and no operation

BTW I havent seen the Junior Monopoly or the Junior Cluedo either, no shelf stickers advertising them either. May have to nip back intomorrow on the off chance they have more stock, but Im not holding my breath!!

Thank you, I got 4 Buckaroo's tonight for less than £1.80 each. (New Oscott Tesco) Fantastic bargain.Great gifts for all the parties my son goes to.

Leyland are just about the worst for being efficient (or best from a Tesco's point of view!). Not only the discount reduced on the games, but they've even removed all signs of the 'Buy 2 for £8' offer on the annuals - all stickers removed from every annual - bah humbug:mad:

The sign wasn't up at Leyland either, but if it's priced up on a central computer, it should still work, yes?

Hello again!

Right, my local one (Glasgow) now has a full sign up this evening, so officially the games on offer are:

Operation
Buckaroo
Twister
Cluedo Junior
Monopoly Junior

I bought Twister for my classes at school tonight (it's still going through) and went to another store nearby to see if the Cluedo or Monopoly were available but no joy. My 2 nearest Tesco's are the HUGE Tesco Extra's so I'm guessing if these other 2 games aren't in there, they're not going to be anywhere!

Anyway, there's still some of the other 3 left at Tesco Glasgow Springburn and Tesco Cumbernauld.
