Has anyone used this company for DVd, Music etc as I wanted to order something but have not used them as yet nor ayone I know, are they a legit company?

yeah...they are fine...ordered a dvd a couple of months ago + arrived 3 days later. no probs

Tried once... never again.

Placed an order for a DVD that their website stated was in stock. My credit card was charged immediately. 3 days later, the site still showed the DVD in stock but my account stated the item was on order. Obviously the stock levels are fiction.

I emailed the company and they replied it was coming into stock today but 3 days later and no more progress on the order so another email stating if they do not have the stock to refund my card and cancel my order. The reply is it will be in stock later today do I still want to cancel. I reply as long as the item is coming in today then I will proceed.

3 days later having heard nothing more I enquire again as to progress. The reply was the item was there but I cancelled the order so they had done a refund and I would have to buy it again. They also apologised and said they would send some vouchers to compensate for the time and trouble.

My credit card was not refunded for 30 days and no vouchers ever arrived. I would rather pay more somewhere else than even consider them again.
