Help with online BR form please!

Just a couple of questions, if anyone can help:
Question 1
section1.16

• You should provide details of any legal proceedings that you are involved e.g. custody hearings, criminal charges etc.
• Please give brief details of the nature of the proceedings, the name and address of any solicitor acting for you, the name of the relevant court and any case or reference number.

Does this mean CCJ's too? Its the only legal proceedings I've ever been involved in, or is it just things not related to BR?

Question 2
Step 11 - Cause of Bankruptcy - up to 4000 words

My business went under and then life fell apart with ill health, debts spiralled out of control due to lack of income, relationship broke down, all the usual stuff... And here I am 18 months later, still not gone BR coz just couldn't cope.
Not sure what the heck to put in this part - as in how much detail? Is what I put in this section used to kind of "judge" how I came to be asking for BR?

I know there's more questions, but I'm filling in the sections bit by bit becasue its so distressing to do... but I made a start so thats good, 51% completed now :T

Hi Lizzie, the CAB guide that FB has given is good. The forms were the worst bit for me, keep taking breaks and go steady like your doing.
