Halifax Remortgage - Anyone Just Done This?

Hi

I am coming up to remortgage with the Halifax in Dec, I have a tracker at the moment, and will probably go over to fixed.

Has anyone else remortgaged with them recently, I have a interest only mortgage, are they still allowing them - I have a 75% LTV ratio.

You won't be 'remortgaging' if you're staying with them. All you need to do is ring them and see what they have available in terms of rates (assuming you don't want to stay on the SVR that is).

Thanks, is was a broker who found me this mortage 2 years ago, so perhaps I will just let them sort it out - they say it is a no fee service, this time round.

I want to stay with the Halifax, as it keeps it simple.
I think I might be looking to sell next Summer (or at least try) so that will be hassle enough.

Thought about the SVR, but probably wise to fix, and know where I stand.

    Thanks
