Now they are expensive.......you can get similar for less than a tenner in Wilkinsons

I have something similar, and they're fab The leverage means all 4'11" and 6st of me can cut some fairly large branches, and there's no other way I could do it without them, short of a chainsaw

I think I can beat this! I bought a pair of what hubby calls 'loppers' and they have a gear system which means they chomp their way through big branches without hassle, even if you are wimpy like me.

They cost ................... wait for it ................................£3.99 from Quality Save!!!!! Absolute Mega Bargain, chopped down all the pesky overhanding branches from next doors tree, and the big branches on my fruit trees. Absolute bargain!!! Excellent quality as well. Corrrr, I do love my bargains!:D
