Hi
wondering if anyone can give me advice, iv been getting calls when im at work from NI saying theres something wrong with my pipes, i passed all this info on to my landlord and left it with her as its private rent, so a couple of months back they cut the water,
when i called them they came out right away and turned it back on saying they didnt know anyone lived here as my neighbour said someone had died a while back in this house, i know my neighbours pretty well and talk to them on a daily basis so in know this was lies,
but this morning its been cut off again, but this it its a complete cap they have put on it without warning and im getting pretty sick of it
what rights do i have if i wanna take this further
(p.s. im waiting for them to come out now and fix it )

I would ask your Assembly Member to take it up with NI Water.0
