I'm sure it'd be fine - canning is an excellent way pr preserving food, no reason you wouldnt be abe to freeze it0

Hi, Yes it will be fine, I buy the odd tin of this every now and again, because OH likes it but I don't, so (selfishly), don't feel enclined to batch cook for just one of us.0

That sounds fine to me; just don't leave it in the fridge in the tin before freezing:eek:‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

Hope I'm not 'singing to the choir' but,for the rice, try the[better for you]eg Sainsburys Brown Basmati.Ok it takes longer to cook, but cut the amount used in half adding an equal amount of the[cheaper]Bulgar Wheat at the end.Lidl's version of Doritos are good enough but,for a hotter chilli, combine the German discounter's canned chilli product with a can of Stagg Dynamite Hot[offers on 6 cans at Amazon with free UK postage]and milk/yoghurt to taste.0
