Bankruptcy form 6.27

Hi - I have finally got round to completing my bankruptcy paperwork. The only form I am struggling with is the front 2 pages where you have to delete the appropriate sections in relation to which court is hearing the petition, centre of main interests etc. I have asked the court for help but they tell me they will not provide assistance on how to fill in the forms yet they will not accept my paperwork unless these pages are completed correctly. I have tried the CCCS helpline but they just told me that the court will have to accept these pages if left blank and it is the courts job to complete them on the day.

Does anyone have any expamples of this form as I have also been told by the court that since I started filling it in (its taken me a good few months to sort this out) the front pages of the form have changed and the new style forms just do not make sense to me.

Thanks

Hi - this is best suited to the bankruptcy forum - they seem to know the answer to every question you can imagine over there and they are really nice and helpful:

    Hi

Have a look at this link for the NED CAB. There is an example of the form there that might help. Otherwise don't worry too much, I found the court official very helpful in filling in any missed sections or amending anything in the wrong place on the day.

And as df says, any other BR questions please post on the BR forum, where you will get plenty of advice and support. Good luck.

This is what I used on my forms.

Though when I got to court the very nice lady behind the counter advised me they'd done away with this form as it was too confusing for people, she went through a few questions with me, printed out a (much shorter) version and got me to sign and date it. Job done.

This was at the High Court - may be different elsewhere.
