yes i have got that email too, strange, i just opened a new account and it was fine
i am guessing it is trying to acomodate my new order with the new one, i have used 2 codes with that one too..

Thanks so much for this OP, was in desperate need of a new coat, bought one for £24.99 used 50% off code, bought a few other bits too, managed to use £5 off code too, order value £39.96 - £28.00 discounts total of £15.86 including delivery, I'm well chuffed would not have been able to find a decent coat for that price! xxx
