From previous experiences, H&M allow customers to edit their shopping bag within the first 24 hours of their order. This meaning, they start the process of delivery a day after. Im not fully sure so i could be wrong.

To answer your question, i think if you want to use the £5 OFF code several times, it may work if you make an order every other day. But you should probably start now because ive got a feel these codes are going to run out soon, within the next few days. Thats my guess.
