    I signed up for this deal on the 4th of Oct and the money has been deducted but I still haven't received my code for the photos. I've sent e-mails to KGB support, but so far no response. Has anyone else had problems?

    I ordered a rental trial from KGB but did not recieve a code so after two weeks a sent an email and they replied two days later with the code.

    Also sent an email recently as I have not recieved some credit I was expecting from a survey I took but have had no response.
