Just to let everyone know I did the questionnnaire and role play today and got through successfully - really pleased! I was quite struck at how hard some of the questions were- certainly no breeze in the park!

It was a multiple choice questionnaire first of about 21 questions which weren`t straighforward and some answers seemed to be a cross between 2 of them. An example was you were putting out stock and then noticed the queue was busy - do you go and help your colleagues or inform the supervisor first etc. Role play was all about a disappointed customer who wasnt allowed to buy the display sofa!

Hi Everyone,

I have got an Interview with Marks and Spencer tomorrow morning, am really nervous about it, can anyone help me by giving additional tips please. Mostly need help on the Role Plays they make you do.

I got a job today with M&S!! yupeee!

I got the sofa scenario too and my interviewer was really good, a bit too close to me though, so it was like on the shop floor.

It seemed to be easy, to be honest in 10 minutes I was told I passed the test, couln`t belive it was over that quick.
